Costs
I do not "charge" for prayer ministry, spiritual accompaniment or spiritual direction although contributions are welcome and appreciated.
For those who would like to make a contribution, as a guide, prayer ministry is commonly charged at a range between £20 and £80 per hour
Spiritual Accompaniment
Spiritual accompaniment, provides a space for you to talk confidentially about your prayer life and to explore the movements of the Spirit in the everyday experience of your life. We can meet in person or online via Zoom.
Ignatian spiritual accompaniment is a sacred, attentive companionship rooted in the 16th-century wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola. A spiritual accompanier walks alongside you — not to advise or counsel — but to help you notice and respond to the movement of God in your everyday life. Through regular, prayerful conversations, the accompanier listens deeply, asks gentle questions, and helps you discern where spiritual movements are drawing you. It is less about solving problems and more about cultivating a listening heart.
In spiritual accompaniment the role is to listen and to support you in noticing how God is at work in your life. Acting as a ‘sounding board’ for whatever you bring to the session, and walking alongside you to discern what is life-giving and what is not.
You can talk about your prayer life, your relationships or any other aspect of what has happened since your last meeting and how these events have affected you and your relationship with God.
Usually we meet every 4-6 weeks, but some people prefer to meet more frequently. I offer in person or online sessions.
Prayer Ministry
Personal Prayer Ministry for women seeking healing, freedom, and strengthening in their connection with God. These sessions are offered online via Zoom or in-person.
The God who so values individuality that He created every person with a unique finger print is unlikely to camp on a "one size fits all" prayer model. We use a variety of prayer models, blending creativity, contemplative prayer, different ways of engaging with Scripture and more. Our lead is Holy Spirit, and we will pray for and with you and listen with you to Holy Spirit.
Sessions usually consist of 2 team members praying with a guest.
Prayer ministry is only available to women as I have currently have no male prayer ministers on team.

The Ignatian Spiritual Exercises
19th Annotation
The 19th Annotation is a beautiful gift within the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius — a way of making the full Exercises in the midst of ordinary life. Rather than withdrawing to a retreat house for 30 days, the directee prays at home, for about an hour each day, while continuing their normal routines of work, family, and relationships. Director and directee meet weekly or bi-weekly, sharing what has arisen in prayer, noticing God's movements, and receiving the next material for prayer. It unfolds gently over eight to twelve months, allowing grace to permeate daily life rather than being set apart from it.
How director and directee work together
Every other week, the directee brings the fruit of their prayer — joys, struggles, dry spells, unexpected moments of grace. The director listens, reflects, and helps the directee to see what God may be doing. Together they discern the next step. It is a relationship of trust, gentleness, and shared attentiveness to the Holy Spirit — the true director of every soul.
The purpose of the Ignatian spiritual exercises is to grow closer to God. They help us grow in interior freedom from the things that get in the way of our relationship and connection with God.
